Submitted by Aishwarya on Sat, 08/03/2008 - 03:31.
Orkut, the most popular social networking online portal, owned by Google finds itself at the centre of debate yet again. Submitted by fundoo_crazy on Sat, 08/03/2008 - 04:03.
Every Valentine's Day, a unique tradition is observed at Hindu College. A group of male students, mostly hostel residents, offers prayers to "Damdami Mai" and celebrates a female icon who it feels has hogged headlines for all the wrong reasons.

The dress code mandates that, instead, men must wear formal shirts and trousers, with Blazers during the winter, and women must wear saris, salwar kameezes, or restricted types of Western formal attire. Formal shoes are required for both genders. The administration states that the code is necessary to present a professional attitude to corporate recruiters and the industry officials who visit the campus.

The red-arched central corridor of St Stephen’s College is a veritable walk of fame. A notice board — permanently relieved of its informative duties — stands at one end of the passage, bearing a collage of photographs and write-ups on some of its better-known students to have trod the

Submitted by simran on Mon, 14/04/2008 - 00:03.
THICK AND FLUFFY The pooris at Bille di Hatti at Kamla Nagar are just that Some students @ DU are busy telling them what they should read, and some what they should wear. I am doing something even better: I am going to tell them what they should be eating. For generations, Delhi University students have been heading for Chacha's chholeywallah in Kamla Nagar for his kulchey-chholey. But not too many people seem to know Bille, where you get the most delicious poori-chholey.
